Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using GrowthLink's services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to these Terms of Service, please do not use our services.

2. Services Description

GrowthLink provides B2B lead generation services, including but not limited to:

  • Prospect identification and qualification
  • Meeting scheduling and calendar integration
  • Account management and strategy consultation
  • Performance tracking and reporting

3. Service Guarantees

We guarantee meeting volumes as specified in your selected plan:

  • Starter Plan: 7-9 qualified meetings per month
  • Growth Plan: 12-18 qualified meetings per month
  • Enterprise Plan: Custom volume and SLA as agreed in contract

First Month Guarantee: If we fail to deliver the promised meetings in your first month of service, you pay nothing. Your first month will be completely FREE.

4. Payment Terms

Payment is due monthly in advance. We accept payment via:

  • PayPal (credit/debit cards accepted)
  • Wire transfer (for annual contracts)

All prices are in USD. Launch pricing is locked in for early clients as long as service remains active.

5. Cancellation Policy

Services are month-to-month with no long-term commitment required. You may cancel at any time with 30 days notice. No refunds are provided for partial months of service.

6. Client Responsibilities

To ensure successful outcomes, clients agree to:

  • Respond to scheduled meetings within 24 hours
  • Attend all confirmed meetings
  • Provide feedback on prospect quality
  • Maintain professional communication with prospects

7. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality of all proprietary information shared during the course of service delivery.

8. Limitation of Liability

GrowthLink is not responsible for the outcome of sales meetings or the conversion of prospects into paying clients. We provide qualified leads and meetings; closing sales remains the client's responsibility.

9. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Clients will be notified of significant changes via email 30 days before they take effect.
